Richmond opens a garden built for all abilities, shaped by 100 older and disabled neighbors
The Joe Lee Fisher Sr. garden, run with volunteers, is the first accessible garden in Urban Tilth's 21 years. The group surveyed more than 100 older residents and people with disabilities about what to build.

The article also reports an unrelated ethics fine for a council member tied to the project's funding vote.
